How much CBD should I take?
Since everyone has a different response to CBD and its effect, the best practice is “Go low and slow”. If you are vaping CBD, the full effect should be within one hour. If you are taking CBD orally, the full effect can take up to 6 to 8 hours. Keep track on how and when you take CBD and your body’s response. Increase if necessary.
What will CBD help me accomplish?
If you understand your goals in trying CBD, you will have a better idea of what type to try and how fast you want it to work. If you are looking for a faster response, you can look toward vape pens or tinctures. Also, you can consider taking products with Nano-CBD which is absorbed faster into the bloodstream. Nano-CBD can be 8 to 10 times more bioavailable than other forms of CBD. So you can take less and get a better effect. If you are OK with a slower response, then you can look toward edibles.
